Our approach
It is what happens when systems disagree, or when something breaks at three in the morning. State that has to be right on several machines at once. Money that reconciles to the cent. Infrastructure that changes without going down. Architecture that survives the next three decisions nobody has made yet. And now systems where a person and an agent both have a hand on the controls.
How we work
We operate what we ship and carry the pager for it, which is why we are careful about what goes in.
No layers between the conversation and the code.
We would rather say so early than invoice for finding out.
